Got it sussed thanks to help from BeTheme devs. It’s in Theme Options, Turn Off Built in Fields.

Sussed the problem. Now resolved.

If I switch to the Storefront Theme I get: No shipping options were found for (…My Address…) Enter a different address.

Further info. If I attempt to enter an order, I get the message:

No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.

despite the billing and shipping addresses being entered

Really? If I go to WooCommerce>Settings>Shipping (Tab)> Weight based shipping it shows the prices that have been allocated to the basket for various shipping zones.

If I disable the Weight based Shipping plugin, that section disappears and the prices allocated disappear, as does the fault.

Can anyone suggest an alternative plugin.

At the checkout, I the shipping amount is not displayed, just the message.

In Settings, if I test adding shipping zones, then these rates do appear. This isn’t what I want though. If the amounts are added in the Weight Based Shipping, them rates are not shown, and if I then proceed to the checkout I get the No Shipping Method Has been Selected
