In reply to: [Adaptive Images for WordPress] Mobile images have not changed at all!?We are using Nginx with our SuperCacher but you shouldn’t have any issues with your cookie mechanism, as we don’t strip them. There are a lot of plugins that are setting different cookies, so I doubt that this is the issue in this case.

Hello @jmgodin,
I am part of the senior technical support team at SiteGround. We haven’t noticed such issue/incompatibility between the two plugins – they should be working properly together, but we will need to check the case further in order to see what is causing this behaviour.
Have you opened a support ticket in your SiteGround account? If yes – please let me know what is the ticket ID (if you haven’t opened one yet – please do it) so I can investigate the issue in details:)

In reply to: BACKUP NEWBIE – extreme newbieHello @ellywin
I am part of the senior technical support team at SiteGround, so I’d like to answer some of your questions:
– We have backups. If you are using some of our shared plans (StartUp, GrowBig, GoGeek) you have 30 backup copies (for 30 days back). Again, depending on your plan, you might be able to restore files/database/emails manually from the Backup Restore cPanel tool. Alternatively, you can always open a ticket and request that from our support team.
– Your main site is located in the public_html/ directory. The location of the addon domains and the subdomains you add from your cPanel can be defined by you at the time you are adding them. You can check their document root from cPanel -> Addon domains and cPanel – Subdomains.
– Manual backups – we have a lot of useful tutorials that you can check, here is the one related to backup creation:
https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/wordpress_backup.htm
You can also use some of the backup plugins in the WordPress plugins diractory.
Ps. You can find more useful tutorials that will help you to manage your WordPress application here:
Hello,
I am part of the Seniort technical support team at SiteGround. Our Supercacher is besed on Nginx. If we can assist you with anything related to this case – please open a support ticket in our system and describe the issue – we will do our best to help you.
Hi @sroskylo1,
I am one of the Senior technical support supervisors at SiteGround. As Hristo mentioned, the cause of the issue and the solution could be different and the case should be investigated in details. Can you provide me with the ticket ID you have in our system so I can check the issue further?
Hi Ed,
Unfortunately, you cannot purge the cache using wp-cli. We are currently working on implementing a public purge function, so it can be used in other plugins/themes/custom scripts. This most likely will be available in the next release.

Hi,
In order to have the Memcached working with your WordPress application, you need to have it enabled inside the wp-admin panel.
I am part of the senior technical support team at SiteGround – can you please provide me a domain name or a ticket number in our system, so I can investigate the issue and assist you?
