I have the same problem. Installed all 3 plugins as per https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Bb5Lo-KBPQ
Contact form works on its own with the Form ID
Download of the file works with Download Monitor on its own with the correct File ID
But when integrating both with “Email Before Download” plugin eg [email-download download id=”123” contact-form-id=”454″] ids are just examples otherwise the correct ones are inserted. The error [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”] is returned on the page.
