If one starts with all TinyMCE settings at their defaults and is very careful about how many changes are made to the toolbar configuration, the plugin will function almost normally with Elementor. But there are still glitches. Please refer to this page for screenshots taken from both mostly-functioning and non-functioning configurations.

Thanks. I disabled 3 plugins (I don’t use many), and the color selector worked. After I had the color defaults set, I re-enabled the plugins.

1) Store the link to the screenshot or video in a public site, like Google Drive
2) Get a shareable link for the screenshot
3) When you post to the OceanWP forum, click the underscored link button above where you’re writing your message or reply
4) Paste the link to the screenshot in the URL field

That’s it.
