I sent them a message through the contact form and an email a few hours ago. I’m still waiting for a response.

Are you able to log in to your website? I installed this plug-in on Tuesday but did NOT add it to a page yet. Yesterday I tried to log-in to our website from three different browsers and these error messages popped up:
