same here. far too slow support. switched to another solution by now.

seems to be a feature. had the same thing everytime i installed the plugin. just go back to your admin area by changing the url or just logging in again in the backend ?? also the free version of the plugin and the pro must be installed at the same time…

thanks axel, the problem with that is, that i do not receive your replies if i go through the dashboard contact form because it is registered on my customer. is support faster than here that way? thanks. kai

i also wrote direct emails and they do not get answered.
i really would prefert chat support – but it seems your advertisement for it is misleading. i cannnot wait days for an reply…

after deactivating the plugin i get an error message: Du bist leider nicht berechtigt, auf diese Seite zuzugreifen.
meaning i have no rights to access that page…
i must say i am pretty frustrated by now. what a waste of time.
btw: i tried this on 2 different domains just to be sure. cant tranfer the licence now because of the many problems.

maybe this will help you: when installing the pro plugin i can see it in the dashboard menu to the left. but after registering the menu item disappears.
