    dear forhad,

    thanks a lot for coming back so quickly!

    i am referring to the style tag just a few lines below the header tag right before: meta name robots

    this style tag is always there when your plugin is active and is gone when your plugin is inactive. no matter which theme (i tried a few) is active!!!

    i did not say that your plugin adds or modifys meta tags. i said that all the meta tags are within a new style tag when your plugin is active.

    i hope you can test and confirm this on your side.

    also: i am still confused about the pro version. is there one or not?

    thanks for your kind reply and i can see you do look into this forum regularly now ?? i was really really frustrated when i first contacted you and got no sign of life for weeks. even with direct mails.

    thanks for taking the time for a detailed reply!

    the thing is, i upgraded just like you said. just used the update button in the backend. i did not delete the plugin first! i did this on a test site, because i dont trust this plugin very much after having no support for a long! time with the last bug.

    after that all customizations where gone! so i assume this is another bug. still not updating on the live site…

    i finally dared the update on a testsite (clone)

    the result is, that all customisations (settings) are gone and the default settings are back ?????

    but the initial error is gone. i can save changes normally.

    new features are nice but i would prefer that you address our issues first. can you please refer to that? i won’t update before the saving issue is fixed.

    hi there,
    this problem is a minor one and i found a way around it.
    i am more concerned that i dont get support when there are major issues with an update like here:

    please let us know what is going on and why there is no support from your side.
    i still have not updated to a newer version since then. not being able to save and have a completely broken plugin does not make me trust the plugin anymore.
