i have a few more questions ! In particular, how does the plugin deal with items no longer in the WooCommerce inventory? Are the listings ended/deleted or other?

I don’t actually use social lol – but we usually get a quicker response… Perhaps try again on this forum? Looks like you may have hit submit a few times in quick succession to get the “slow down” message? Also there is an email on the website link above – that will be ok too!

The link is a little confusing – I’d hoped it was a link to a Pro Support forum.

What does “If you use PRO version, please write your support requests in the comments section of the page, where you purchased PRO.
And please write from the account, where you paid.
This is support forum for the Free version of the plugin only.” mean?

Actually need some help but I can’t see a dedicated FE Pro forum?

I’ve installed pro. Main shop page works fine. Other pages i.e when displaying items with a certain category or attribute (/product-category/fragrance/for-her/) also shows the default/full filter. I’d like the filter to only show the values in relation to the page, i.e on the “for -her” page the filter should not show “for men” as options.

Please let me know how and where to access help – the above link is closed and also confusing!

Whether its WC or themes – lol slighty perturbed by the frequency of things that go wrong and break after updates. Seriously thinking of another service! No gripe – just can’t be worrying constantly at every update breaking my site! Maybe Shopify is more stable?

Ah yes – I read a few articles and similar issues.

I rolled back my theme file and disabled the Litespeed cache plugin.

Also removed “/cart” and “/checkout” from being cached via Cloudflare.

That seems to have worked. The latest WC update seemed to knockout a few things and I seem to have been fixing things since!

When using the default WC importer in experience the disappearing product grid on shop page only. Other product list pages (by category or attribute are fine).

I’ve started to use Webtoffee import/export for WC and I don’t think it happens ( however I’m still doing the resave settings on product and inventory settings pages to ensure it doesn’t happen)!

I think I’ve sorted it! I have to ensure {manage_stock} =yes for all items in the CSV.
