Where are you inputting the URL you want the image to go to? Is it in the admin options of your current theme?

I was having the same issue. It seems that the default option in the WAC settings doesn’t work. I have fixed it by manually putting the page you want the not logged user to redirect to in the WordPress Access Control settings on each post/page. There is an option to apply to child pages if that is relevant to you.

Frederick is right- you should enable Cache control. My post is in need of some updating.

Interesting- as I am only getting external URLs. Have you tired clearing all caches, refreshing the page, and running the tool again? I use the developer chrome chrome extension. I get an 80/100 for your site.

I am looking at your Google Page Speed report and your browser cache seems to be configured correctly for the URLs and assets on your own server. The URLS you are looking at in the Page Speed report are all external. As far as I know, W3TC only caches URLs on your own domain. I have been looking for a solution as well to cache external URLs, or at least make period copies and cache those. If I find anything, I’ll make sure I post here.

yes I have- they were very unhelpful and wouldn’t entertain the thought that it could be their server config when it just happened out of the blue without an update in months? weird. might recommend they switch hosts

Just found the solution. My .htaccess file wasn’t created. Created one locally and FTP’d it to my wordpress root. Gave permission to WP to r/w and everything seems a-okay!
