in free version we don’t have this feature ,(change products to second language)
but in pro version we have this feature
(in lite version we create a session and work with this session but in pro version we work with woocommerce session )

yes if user click in title it takes them to the product page and they can add to cart from product page
if you don’t want this , you can hide the product from your shop
