In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Shows Phishing and Spam header in emailThat screenshot doesn’t show the actual headers. Here’s an article on how to find them.

There’s no way to tell if that was sent by SendPress from the image you sent. Although it seems unlikely since it is not an HTML message and doesn’t look like our templates at all.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Shows Phishing and Spam header in emailI would need to see the message headers to know if the messages came from SendPress as well as how your site is configured to send. \
Is it possible you’re trying to send with a from address of a gmail account?
Google is pretty strict about sending from a gmail account through a non gmail server.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Sendpress Emails are indexed by GoogleWe released a fix to add noindex/nofollow to those old emails.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Blurry ImageUsually this happens when the default WordPress thumbnails are too small and the newsletter is trying to scale them up. You might want to check your thumbnail settings for the featured image and make them big enough to not stretch in your newsletter.
If you need more help I’ll probably need to see one of the emails. You can open a ticket using our contact form at the bottom of our website, https://www.sendpress.com and I’ll give you an email address.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Newsletter not working (test email does)If you still have WPED set up and want to drop us a line using the contact form at the bottom of our home page, https://www.sendpress.com, we could collect your support info and email addresses you sent the messages to and track down what is happening.
Support Info:
https://docs.sendpress.com/article/72-what-information-should-i-provide-for-a-support-ticket
There’s no difference in the test messages vs a real message from a sending standpoint. The send the same way. If the actual newsletter just waited in the queue, that would be different and maybe autocron related. But if it sends and goes to message history it doesn’t make too much sense. We can definitely troubleshoot with WPED so let us know if we can help.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Emails SuckNot much for me to go on here. Could you provide some info?

This can also be submitted via our contact form on the bottom of our homepage: https://www.sendpress.com. Do that if you don’t want all your site information posted for all to see.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Personalisation not workingThere are some different options for import. Are you using CSV? or bulk import?
You could try this method and see if you have more luck.
https://docs.sendpress.com/article/13-csv-import-alternative
Import usually works pretty well, but sometimes specific server configurations can cause the issue.
I’m also curious if you are trying to update subscribers that already exist in the database. That won’t work. We don’t overwrite records or update on import. Let me know some more info and we’ll try to help you out. This shouldn’t be too hard to fix.
If you want a little faster response, drop us a line using the contact form at the bottom of our home page. https://www.sendpress.com. Those go into our support queue and we work on those before the forums usually.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Senseless text before the EmailsNot sure what would cause that. What plugins do you have enabled?
Can you send a screenshot of the actual email from the SendPress screens? I see something in there about email on acid. Are you sure you aren’t sending your emails through their test engine?
That’s weird. It works on my test machine. Have you tried activating a different theme temporarily? Sometimes those conflict too. If there are any errors in your server logs those could help too. Drop us a line in our contact form if you want to let us take a look for you. I’s at the bottom of the page: https://www.sendpress.com/
One other quick thing to try…
Could try changing how many messages get added to the queue at a time under Settings > Advanced. Here’s a screenshot: https://d.pr/yWOcsz
?
Try setting it lower.
