In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Buyer beware! No support for pro versionVery sorry about that. Your ticket went to our Free queue. Perhaps you used the contact form on the site instead of logging in to the store to submit a pro ticket request. I found the request and will respond today.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Images do not load when sent to newsletterCould you post something to our contact form on our website? I’ll reply with an email address to send the message to and maybe that will help us figure out what’s going on.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Auto send recent postsYou can sort of do that with our recent posts short code.
https://docs.sendpress.com/article/50-sp-recent-posts
The caveat is that you would have to schedule the email every time right now. We plan to enhance that so it can be automatic, but it’s not available yet.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] S2Member Integration@crazydiamond23, sorry. We check here, but not as often as our support queue.
SendPress can do most of that and we have plans to be able to do all of it soon. Here’s a quick description of how you could do it with SendPress.
You could create a template using our sp-recent-posts short code. Documentation is below.
https://docs.sendpress.com/article/50-sp-recent-posts
It would build the newsletter for you with the parameters defined and you could schedule the newsletter to be sent to a list at a future date.
When our next major Pro release comes out, we will let you define when to schedule those to be sent and you would only have to do it once. For now, you would have to schedule the email each time you want it to send, but you wouldn’t have to ever edit the template.

In reply to: [Edit Flow] notifications don’t workWe seem to be getting some Admin notifications going through with version .9, but we can’t select any users to notify without getting a red box that says “No Access” any time a user is selected. See screenshot.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Reactivation on ImportCould you clarify whether you are importing as a CSV or using the Bulk import alternative where you just copy the list of comma separated values?
Based on our research, the CSV option does not overwrite, but the other option does overwrite. It’s been like that for a while so we just want to confirm how you’re doing the import and then decide whether we should change the behavior or document it better.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Reactivation on ImportWe are looking into this. We have an advanced option to override, but that shouldn’t be the default behavior. Hope to have it fixed soon.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Import FailedScreenshots would help here, but you could also try our CSV alternative
https://docs.sendpress.com/article/13-csv-import-alternative
if that doesn’t work, try breaking up the import into smaller chunks. If there’s an email that’s breaking the import you’re likely to find it that way.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Sends only received on internal serverTo use go daddy you have to use a sender that can send with an API. Our WPED works with free. Pro adds several others, like SendGrid, MailGun, SES, and more.

In reply to: [SendPress Newsletters] Two different confirmation e-mails?We’re working on the UI to make this a bit easier to use. But here’s what you do now.
1. Create 2 System emails. 1 for event and 1 for double opt in.
2. Click edit on each list you want to use for this and select the correct system email. If you don’t select one it will use the default, which is on the confirmation tab under settings. Note, this is not the edit button, but the edit text under the name of the list.
3. Create your forms under forms and choose the right list they would subscribe to.Hope this helps.
