Hi Nikhil, that was part of our issue. The advanced settings custom priorities would not allow us to do so. We reduced the table length back to 50 characters and it workd to display them. But it still does not allow us to modify them from the settings area, only via the db.

A little more detail, the two priorities that were enetered directly to the database are the ones affecting the ability to create posts. If I instead select Low Priority the ticket gets created. Does that trigger any ideas?

oh, perhaps my language…a custom user role of ‘teachers’ is what I want to send to…they are a subscriber but it is a custom user role.

I’m confused, the ‘features’ second dot point on your wordpress page says:
(Send SMS to number(s), subscribers and wordpress users.)

How then do I send this to subscribers as the page says? Is it perhaps only new subscribers?

Ah, thanks for the tip Lorro, I didn’t realise a theme would make such a change. It turns out they did indeed. If anyone else gets this thread, and is having the issue with the Enfold theme, here is the necessary function:
‘add_action(‘init’, function() {
remove_action( ‘woocommerce_before_shop_loop’, ‘avia_woocommerce_overview_banner_image’, 10);
});’

thanks for your prompt help, but unfortunately it removed thumbs from the subcategory lists.
The thumb I need to remove is actually the larger category image before the subcategories.
