Can the plugin author maybe say something?

So i checked through and found a rewrite rule in htaccess from 21 July and the folder with the files, i deleted the rewrite rules AND the folder. But still the question is where do those images come from …

I have checked the access log on the day/time this pictures are created according to FTP but there is nothing at that time BUT im seeing some weird calls of files. We have two domains running on this server, with two seperate word press installation. The same thing happens on both. The picture that is created has a preview and its a picture that is used on each site, but it has no specifics as to why it would be replicated ie by a plugin …

The calls on phoenix-safaris.com all forward to an 404 error page, but the ones from mara-siria-camp actually call pages – which is not good, no idea, those pages are not there, im not that familiar with this logs – not sure how to proceed?

This is not working for me, i openend another ticket but there is no one answering to the ticket …

I have tried this and that but the problem remains … it also does not show the “#oxi-tabs-trigger-1-2” in the url field of the browser … with a section that i set manually it does …i tried if i could combine them but that does not work either … Any help?

Hi, i checked on this and remembered that i used a snippet to only show the two zones relevant to me …
I removed the snippet and when putting it back in place i think I wrote the KE in capital insteat small letters 2530 vs KE30 it shows correct now – when i havent selected anything it writes Nairobi now … not sure if that was the issue, or if i accidentally corrected anything else …

…. that is how it was default customer location = Shop base address
that comes with the issue that many customers dont understand that they can change the adress on the card because the preselection uses the ID or shortcode of a county ie KE30 and NOT the name so its not clear to the customer … ?? IF that could be changed to show the name OR if the pulldown for address change could show and not only open through the arrow that would also be ok …

this works but brings another issue … i had blocked the country from showing via css as we only deliver in one country. If its not set the county/City field is just a textfield not a pull down. Is there a way to preselect the country automatically so that user does not have to select it?

the template is neve fullwidth, its the only available template.
It does not matter on which page im trying this, its the same issue, the sidebar does not appear also in html code. When i switch to standard template it shows …
But i cant see any other setting apart from settings in customizer and settings on neve options ….

Have you set the width less than 100%?
Also each page has a neve option of sidebar and where and also width …
But mine i believe is set correctly and still does not show …
