Thanks, but not all my links contain index.php … just the “Next entries” and “Previous entries” links. The category, date and permalinks generate just fine.

BTW, MySQL on my machine is 5.0.16 and on the hosting service it is 3.23.55.

I see that you managed to fix this. Would you mind documenting how, as I am having the same problem and can’t get the proper RewriteRules. Thanks.
