I disable all other plugins except EDD and WordPress SEO. The icons are still not displayed. But when I disables WordPress SEO the icons appear.

And for the people who missed the solution to this problem, I reminder them that the plugin “WP No Category Base – WPML compatible” does the same thing that the “strip category” in wordpress seo does.
