I would like to know how to do this as well.

I am also having this problem. I received an ‘error undefined’ pop up box. Then I tried disabling Fancy Admin AJAX Abilities as was suggested in another thread. Now when I try to save or delete in manage forms, I get a 404 page and the changes aren’t saved.

I was frustrated by this for a while. The popup instruction does not elaborate enough on how to do this. So here you go:

Go to the section called “Manage Form” and click on “More Options” at the end of the row.

More options are then revealed and in a yellow section you will see where you can detach and attach fields.

Once I found this the whole plugin became magic.
