if I deactivate the free shipping, yes, fedex works fine, even over 300 for alaska and hawaii. like I have said, everything worked great no problems until I added the extra options to not allow alaska and hawaii free shipping to my already existing free shipping setup, if I remove the 2 extra added conditions all works fine again, I just need to find a way to not allow free shipping to alaska and hawaii, so they get the normal fedex shipping prices and everyone esle gets free shipping if over 299. and when not over 299 they get fedex, like it does now. I will be glad to give you login to the site but just need to know how to provide it to you securely?

We have been using the free shipping for over 6 months, it has been working with fedex all this time, this started when we added new conditions to the free shipping option, up till now anyone that purchased over 299.00 got free shipping, then we realized customers from Hawaii and Alaska were placing orders and we could not do free shipping for outside continental US. so we added 2 new conditions to the existing free shipping, we selected
“State” as the condition, “not equal to” as the terms and “Alaska” as the value, we did the same for Hawaii. it still works great until a customer from Alaska or Hawaii place an order, when they do, they get no shipping options available? if I remove the 2 new conditions it works fine again including fedex. If anyone orders less then 299.00 only fedex shows just like it is suppose to. maybe I am not setting up the free shipping correctly, please let me know how you would do it?

FE works great, if an order is under 299.00 FE shows, but as soon as it goes over 299.00 free shipping works for everyone in the US except Alaska and Hawaii, if a customer is in Alaska or Hawaii, they get a message that says no shipping option available to contact the site administrator. I can give you access to the site if you have a way for me to get it to you?

I have a fedex shipping option and this free shipping option when a person meets a 299.00 order it goes to free shipping, but I only want free shipping to continental US only not Alaska or Hawaii, so I added to extra conditions that only allow free shipping if the order exceeds 299.00 and is not located by state in Alaska and hawaii, and it works good but if a customer is in Alaska or Hawaii, they now get a message that says no shipping method available please contact us, why does it not just go to my fedex shipping option now?

I just realized that after installing this it broke all my jquery items including my drop down menus, I am not using a custom made theme I am using a theme I purchased called Retro, I just need to know what I can do to get this to work without breaking everything including itself since the slider does not work also

I tried that but still no luck, I think it is jquery or javascript related, because every time I turn it on I loose functionality of several other items
