Tried changing the theme to default 2020 theme with all plugins deactivated only sit kit plugin and amp plugin were active but still on the wp-login page the error is coming.
Then at last deactivated site kit plugin. (now only amp was active ) — the error on wp login is gone.
reactivated the site kit plugin. error appeared again
