You can disable the disk cache (if possible and use cache by device type in the cache rule) if you need cache by device type.

That is odd as the home page as well the 10 paginated pages are auto-purged when creating or updating a post.

You are not supposed to use more that one page caching system at the same time. If you are using LS cache with thsi plugin then you should only be using LS cache for static file optimization and nothing else.

Also, there is no security risk cause even if the black bar is cached if any user clicks on it it will ask them to login, if you try in incognito window.

The plugin only purges cache when content is published or updated. That’s the default settings. Also pagination upto 10 pages are also purged automatically.

If you have deactivated and deleted the plugin from wp admin then it should remove auto delete everything on removal. This seems weird that your system still thinks like that. Do you have object cache or any other caching system at the server eve? Can you try flusing them?

Can you please share a screenshot of the Prevent the following URIs to be cached section so that I can see what you have added.

Then share the URL that is supposed to be bypassed so that I can test the URL on my end.
