Hi I have gone through the whole woo-commerce settings but for unknown reasons, when I access the product page, the WhatsApp button is not where its supposed to be. Its always remains at the bottom right corner of the screen despite trying to get it to appear below the short description.

Sorry I forgot to mention, I am not using woo commerce since I am selling directly from website. I just add image, description and a button.

Actually you are right, i just noticed that the account registered on my whatsapp is my old number and not my new number hence that explains why I have been able to chat all this while.

I can send a whatsapp message from that number/account and yes its uk number

Hi and thanks for the reply. For unknown reason the captcha is still not showing in my comment section despite enabling it.

As per .htaccess, I do have that file and the mod_rewrite shows: “RewriteEngine On”.

Ah never mind, I have just seen it.

OK so what I discovered was when I manually edit the htaccess file via ftp or hosting directory, I then need to go to WP Security settings tab, click on the htaccess file tab and then back it up first. That way when the plugin tries to rest it, it loads the backup one which already has the entry I needed.

So far no issues.
