I’m using XP with the lastest browser patched. Other WordPress base sites render very quickly. As for the web host, it is not dedicated server. Having said that, I do have one other PHP/MySQL based site, and it renders in < 1 sec (currently the WordPress based site renders in approximately 2 seconds). I don’t control the box, but I will find out the config.

Your right (of course ?? ). I’m still working on figuring out how php works, I should have realized that it would be interpreted, and that you wouldn’t be able to see the info.
