I am doing this, but the AND is not working as it should – any resolution?

I am having the same issue, AND is not working. I see this is marked as resolved, but what is the resolution?

Still happening, we only have 6 products. Happens after an update to the product, does not even require us to update the tab info, just adding some new images causes the tabs to dis associate.

I am having an issue with the Porto theme, and this plugin as well. our “place order” button takes about 10 seconds of un-responsivness before it does anything.

Did you have this issue, and if so, what was the resolution?

I am looking to do the exact same thing – have you found the solution? I would assume this code goes in your functions.php for each site.

for the Locations not covered by your other zones, we have methods setup, and they are set to Destination = all allowed. But this gives us a no shipping methods available on teh site, if a country is selected. If i change the rule to Destination = Specific and select a country, then it works.

Problem is i don’t want to select EVERY country there is, and remove the ones we don’t want, and have to do this for every rule.

Could i supply a login so you can see what is going on? Or can i send screen shots?

I have this issue as well – anyone have any ideas? I assume it is a visual composer issue – if i click on teh visual compower in teh left nav, the roles tab does not have all the info or the update button.

I am having the same issue, all was fine until updating the plugin and now no ads show up at all, not ad sense, just uploaded image files.

Actually running the code generated with your template file does not allow a clickable image in plain HMTL:

I have fixed the align issue by change the css in the template file (changed background-size:cover; to background-poistion:center;).

I still can’t get the ad to be clickable, i have put our site to a basic theme (Twenty Ten) and have the same issue:
