Unparalleled customer service

  • WPFunnels is a great tool to have. And the customer support is exceptional!

    We had a few hiccups and teething problems initially to get things running. But with every build and all the variations in themes, plugins, hosting and WP config out there, getting something like this working out-of-the-box and playing nicely with all the other toys can be quite a challenge!

    The site I built was running a shop on WooCommerce and Divi. We also use SureTriggers to pull across data into a second site running Memberpress courses and FluentCRM. So, a fair degree of customization required to get this all singing and dancing.

    My support requests with Sultan and the team were stacking up in the early days with quite a long to-do list to fix and remedy. But Sultan managed each issue like a champion and worked tirelessly with the dev team to provide fixes, solutions and workarounds to everything I threw at them!

    You might need a little patience if your setup is complicated, but I’m confident the WPFunnels team will ensure you are satisfied with the end results.
