Alright, managed to solve the problem by using the [_url] instead of [_post_url] or [_post_title] tags. Thanks danieliser! =D

Apparently [_post_title] and [_post_name] do not work for me as the Contact Form 7 is called by the Popup Maker Widget. Is there another method?
