That’s a good idea, I could have figured it out myself ??
I have a test page with zero content.
I have now installed the guest book there and it is the same problem there.
There are almost no plugins installed on the site and a completely different topic:

Later I can switch to a standard Theme

Ok, I thought you wanted to take a look at the broken guest book.
I am now using a different plugin, but I don’t like it.
I would love to use yours again if possible.

the URL is no longer of any use to you, because unfortunately I can no longer use the plugin due to the error.

Ok I have disabled everything and it looks like this:

thank you for updating.
checkboxes are now there, but ugly if checked.
I test it a week long, when its working without issues I will change my review
