Yup I solved this one. The problem was the wp cache plugin. It was not doing what it was supposed to do. The disqus un installation reflected in my website the moment i deactivated the plugin.

Hey it worked. I deactivated super cache and it looks perfect now. All changes are reflecting. The disqus is gone and the heade looks fine.

I can’t make the head and tail of it. Is there something wrong with it? What is it that you want me to change here. 1) I deleted disqus comment system.
2) I changed the dimensions of the header image.

What i did was, after editing, cleared cache and reloaded the page. This was showing the changes that I have made (at this point I’ve been logged in as wp-admin). But when i log out and visit my website there were no changes reflecting.

I tried another browser. I did the editing at home and so I came to work and tried from a pc here. Still no changes.

About development plugins i do not know exactly what do you mean. Are those the plugins that will help in editing the code? I do not have any such plugins.

I’ve been fiddling with firebug for a long time now. Still haven’t figured the right way of doing it. I know, I must be a jack ass to have firebug and still not be able to figure this out. When I edit any code i first make a copy of it and then proceed. Just so that if i screw up i can upload the original from the cpanel and get it fixed.

Got It’ll take forever for me to familiarize with that kinda stuff. Isn’t there a bit of code or something that i pit it in my css and get done with it? Or which part of existing code should i edit to achieve this?

I did that but it’s not working. Anyway, mate i need help again. The favicon is getting displayed only when I navigate to the home page. If i click on any posts, there i do not see the favicon. Help?
