Any USB Thermal receipt printer will work. Even if you purchase a second hand printer it is also fine.

You can try saving the template by writing a new text in the subject field. I don’t know what is the exact setup that you have

Logo on top of the receipt can be added by a special utility that records a bitmap image for your printer and stores it into the printer flash memory. Every time you print the logo will be on top of the receipt. So with other words it depends on your printer. You need to read your printer documentation and check how to upload your logo. For example my printer allows to upload a monochrome logo and once uploaded it gets printed on every receipt.
