Before import you need to create a tree, on creation tree a default branch will be create automatically .On import process select that tree and select that default branch.kind regards

Please just delete the data and enter the data from scratch. If you delete the plugin but the data remain in the database.kind regards

There is an option available in the plugin to remove all data from database when plugin get deactivated. Please GOTO plugin setting>click on Deactivation Options>select the checkbox>save.
It will remove all data from the database.

There is an option to at the bottom of book in the admin dashboard Style Book Page, You have an option to select the font-family and font size as well.
There are Previous/Next Button to navigate to different pages of books. If you want to see on smart device then the page swipe option will also available as well.kind regards

The plugin displays content according to the installed theme content box size. It cannot display content out of it.
