I can confirm after using a URL format as described above the error logs have stopped and my issue is resolved.

The default link from Vimeo is in a format that isn’t supported by the list. However, by going to the embed part of the video, a link that matches that format https://player.vimeo.com/video/123456789 works.

Furthermore, our link format is a little longer with a parameter and the encoder is able to pick it up, and no error logs displayed on my server.

Thank you for your response. The URL is a standard one from Vimeo. Attached below is a screenshot demonstrating this. Is there another URL format that is preferred?
