Then, check back the “debug_xxxx.log” located in the plugin folder for client IP & action captured for details.

Your web content might be cached. Please flush the cache in any plugins/module you have installed.

The IP should be correct. It’s detected as IE which is not in your list, so it gets blocked.

3. You must have at least 256MB free memory to read/query the database.

The error log is not related to the plugin. Maybe you can look into the content in /home/asviccad/public_html/wp-includes/widgets/error_log

Please enable the option redirect on first visit only to prevent this.

500 is an internal server error. Can you please check the server log for the error?
