Neve demo is built using Elementor Plugin and Orbit Fox is an extension to Elementor.
Internet Explorer may not support modern web technologies used by the plugin, as it can be found in their requirements -> https://docs.elementor.com/article/38-requirements

Internet Explorer11 has not received any updates in a long period of time and Neve is based on newer, faster and safer frameworks or plugins ( such as Elementor, you can check their requirements here https://docs.elementor.com/article/38-requirements ) which aren’t fully compatible with IE.

This can be done by changing manually in the page source, in the button attribute
style=”background-image:url(“your url”)”

Example

This have to be done for each one you want.

You can try this code, in Appearance-> Customize -> Additional CSS.
