In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Complianz bannerAt this point, it would be very helpful if you could share the URL of your webpage (or some screenshots). -> it is very difficult to pinpoint the issue without looking at the problem.
I could imagine that you have a “cookie pop-up” made with Blocksy (https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/modules/pop-up-content-block/)
Or maybe you have the CookieConsent Extension from Blocksy active (https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/extensions/extensions-general/).

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Complianz bannerDear Tania,
I am not a Complianz official – just a happy user of Complianz.
Best would be to deactivate the other Cookie-Consent Plugin (and delete it if you no longer need it). Also clear the Cache if you have installed a Cache-Plugin like WP-Rocket, WPFastestCache etc. This should fix the issue.
Here is a link to show you how to deactivate a Plugin in WordPress: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/disable-wordpress-plugins/
But be carefull: If you have bought a subscription (e.g. yearly payment) from the “other one” then cancel the subscription aswell -> deactivating the plugin or deleting it inside the WordPress Admin-Area doesn′t cancel subscriptions made with the company.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] reCAPTCHA BadgeHello Mike,
I am not an official Complianz-Team-Member,
I just had to deal with the same thing the last days:
This is something Google wants you to do –> If you gonna hide the ReCaptcha Badge you must add a short notice inside the userflow (e.g. a small notification on the Fom)
1.) I have added an extra field to the Elementor Form (HTML field-type) and added the HTML (see bellow).
2.) And to hide the Captcha with the CSS (see bellow) I use the free Plugin “Code Snippets” –> you could also add the CSS code under “Elementor/Custom Code” but then enclose the CSS code in style start and end tag: <style> </style).
CSS:
.grecaptcha-badge { visibility: hidden; }

Hello Jarnovos,
then I will use ReCaptcha v3 from now on when using FluentForm.
Thanks for the plugin-branch –> it worked splendidly. ?? I was able to open the builder despite the “FluentForm Recaptcha v2” problem.
THX again for your time and expertise.
LG Patrick
But the problem is: After I have “Accepted All” in the Cookie-Banner the Placeholder is still showing in the Popup and seems somehow stuck –> therefore I cannot send the Form (error-message is showing). It seems as if the reCaptcha isn′t loading when I click on the Placeholder. It behaves as if it is frozen… only when I go to the “Kontakt”-Page where I have a Form directly on the Page (also with reCaptcha) only then the ReCaptcha in the Popup is loading too.
In the Page-Builder everything seems to work as intended –> only when I visit the site with a refreshed Browser-Cache I get the error.
The only way I can interact with the Placeholder in the PopUp (accept Cookies) is when I have denied the Cookies in the Cookie-Banner in the first place –> only then I can accept them like intended via the Placeholder.
VIDEO: https://imgur.com/pAVJCQ1
- First Error Message (translation): “Security-Field must not be empty. Enter value.”
- Also look how the Placeholder is still visible after I tried to click it. (frozen)
I backchecked and installed the Backup I made before installing Cache Enabler and Autoptomize on my LocalHost. The problem was there before I installed those plugins –> so we can rule them out.
BUT I keep those Plugins deactivated for now….

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] hCaptcha Placeholder for ElementorHello @aahulsebos,
first I need to thank you VERY much for your help. ??
I got almost everything working like in your example page (thx btw). Only the 2nd part with
display:block!important;
isn′t working. Maybe you can see my mistake. (this is the CustomCSS on the FormWidget). If you want to take a look at my test site (i copied your example with the video): https://hardclip.at/ (password to enter = comp)

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] Placeholder for iFrameAmazing. ?? thank you very much.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] iFrame wont get blockedI found out what is creating the problems –> Crocoblock / JetMenu / MegaMenu / Jet-Video-Widget –> I had an embedded Youtube video in one of the Mega Menu Dropdowns. When I remove the Jet-Video-Widget from my MegaMenu the iFrame is blocked succesfully. –> It is also beeing blocked when I use the option “LightBox” in the Jet-Video-Widget which opens the video in a lightbox after mouse-click.
This feels quite good to finally found the culprit. You played a big role in this because you gave me the confidence that it is working in an Elementor envrionment + the actual iFrame Code –> therefore I looked at compatibility of Plugins –> didn′t thought an embeded YT video causes such problems but I guess that the Jet-Mega-Menu Caching (Content and CSS) could play a role in this. But that is outside of my scope…
–> is it possible to choose a custom placeholder image?
THX you are amazing. Great Support.

In reply to: [Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent] iFrame wont get blockedis it necessary to give the iFrame a class like you did in your example

Also this Div Wrapper is missing in my code when i inspect the html –> data-placeholder_class_index=”1″

I just added the loading tag =lazy” today while trying to block the iFrame during pageload. –> I will remove it for now until the problem is resolved. So the Code from now on is
<iframe src="https://optiksutter.360ty.cloud/?Pano=node4&PanoFovTarget=70.0&PanoTiltTarget=0&PanoPanTarget=178.3" style="border:none;width:100%;height:70vh"> </iframe>
I deactivated all the Caching and Optimization pluigns (WpRocket and Autoptimize) + deactivated EWW image optimizer. The problem unfortunatly still is present.
