yes all plugins are active and it works fine , but that message is getting me mad ??

it work now , u have right all was from the permalinks , the .htaccess file was not updated . thank you verry much . good job

yes after i upgrade it to 2.8.3 version , i ckecked the permalinks i tried every option and nothing . what i do ?
