amp related issues are under control. the first, Malformed URL found for attribute ‘href’ in tag ‘a’ is because of a google drive document – I know this
and the The tag ‘link rel=canonical’ appears more than once in the document, is almost resolved

I face same issue. I just istalled Jetpack and I got directly error ( server error (5xx) in search console. I removed Jetpack and error disappeared

after last update I lost AMP settings

I also use Jet pack and AMP manager plugin

I think something else happens. I noticed the error after recent update of the plugin.
