I reactivated the plugin, cleared the cache, then set the cache off. Now things seem to be working as expected.

Bill, I think I spoke too soon. It worked once, so I made a change then checked again. The change fails to appear. I then deactivated the cache plugin, the change is still a no-go. I cleared the browser again, but still no-go.
Something is holding past code for a page. If not browser, and the cache plugin is deactivated, then what could it be?

Clearing that cache did the trick.I guess my concern now is, how often do I need to clear that, or using that plugin not advisable?

I have been clearing my browser cache often. I do have WP Super Cache plugin activated.

I am not knowledgeable about my host [ Hostgator] with respect to serving cached pages.

I am having the same problem. The plugin seems to be working, but it fails to block anything. I have tried both blocking posts and pages – same thing, nothing is blocked for the unregistered visitor.

Kevin, this is even more strange. I made some small changes to my home page, and now the header is back where it should be.
Can’t find what’s wrong if it isn’t wrong any more!

Something strange happened. My header, which has been centered since I started, now is shifted all the way to the left. If I caused this, I have no idea how.
Can you tell me how to get the header back centered?

HI Kevin. Very sorry, I should have followed up. I sort of figured out how to add the background, but would still love to be able to control the color/image of the space around the header. I am using your recommended size for header, which leaves a lot of white space around it.

I renamed the paqe as blank-blank. Then the title shows up as nothing/blank

however, I already installed the theme Responsive, and it works perfectly, so I suspect that Expressions does, in fact, have a compatibility issue with WP4.0
I do have Expressions running other sites, and am very happy with it. I hope whatever the issues is, it gets taken care of.

To be specific;
I uploaded a 960 x 320 image for my header. When I look at the site, this “header” is now fully to the left size, and about 1/4th size.
I’ve tried removing it, reloading it and everything else I can think of, but my header is just a sad left-side logo now.
