Booster Plus for WooCommerce – as you can see its not just me who has this issue. I have had to use a different plugin for invoices as its been broke for months

I am using the paid version of Booster – will the fix still apply?

The issue also happens on emails – the shortcodes are missing – if you send the same email a minute later it works; its like the email/pdf get sent before the shortcodes have generated the data. As they work shorty after.

Also we use object cache – has this been tested?

Not only me multiple people have raised shortcode issues

Hi David – the only way to contact you is to pay – and I am not paying for a plugin I have paid for which is faulty – its a common issue and I feel your support is not very good.

Alternatively how can I roll back to 6.0.6

Totally agree; I bought the pro version highest package lifetime – then a few months later they removed the support and this is now an additional extra – absolute joke, you have to pay to talk to them about their broken plugin

I am having same issue with pdf’s – its not the individual websites its the plugin as its happening on multiple websites – they ticked my ticket as resolved even thou it isn’t. Same as yours

this isnt fixed – no idea why you have ticked resolved

this happens to us all the time – logs out and doesn’t inform you that the connection has been lost

Hi. No the new update hasn’t fixed it – sometimes it shows, sometimes it doesn’t.

Secondly – it happens on invoices/packing slips on all orders; the items show but the delivery address etc is blank – if you re-send the order details it then shows
