Great! It found the code. It found it in index.php file. I did not see it in the index.php file when i opened it with Editor. Are there more than one index.php files in WP?

I switched to Theme 2012 and the line disappeared. What I want to know is that when you go to page source are the lines of numbers part of wordpress script? It is line 63. Looks like it changed with the theme, the line number.
