I would of done if I could work out how to do that?

I have recently updated to the latest WordPress 3.3.2 and now when I go to change anything in my appearance / menu I get this:
Are you sure you want to do this?
Forbidden

You don’t have permission to access /……../wp-admin/nav-menus.php on this server.

Anyone know how I can Solve this?

Hi, I have had this site crested by a company and its not working in IE properly, it looks bad and the drop down don’t work. Is anyone able to see what the problem could be. They have said it looks no different to them in IE than in Firefox which I know is not true. Pease can anyone help?
