By activating translations for custom posts, it updated the post status in the blog menu. For anybody else with a similar issue, check there’s no conflict with your plug-ins!

Easiest way around this issue was to type the URL in manually, where I’d be taken to a blank page. Click on edit in the navigation bar, and proceed to delete from the back-end.

The slug was then reset…

The site is showing Japanese characters fine, bar the slider which you mentioned. My browser is set in UTF-8 as standard, and it’s not showing for me either.

What font are you using? I can only spot Arial in your CSS. Something like MS P Gothic is common in Japan.

For anyone who may be searhing for an answer in the future, I’ve figured it out. I just added the following code to my widget container for the image:

div.widget-container ul li img {
		float:left;
		margin-right:8px;
		}

Hope this is of some help to anybody else searching the forums.

Still scratching my head over this issue!

I just tried listing some links for one of my pages using wp_list_pages and $post_parent. It worked fine, but three of my pages showed duplicates, the ones I have replaced them with (slug-2) and the original.

Any help on how to bin the originals would be greatly received.

Unfortunately, that was the first thing I did. No luck I’m afraid. I also thought they may be stuck in the trash, but as I don’t have that on my pages box, I can’t check!
