What about changing the number of comments to something else? Instead of “11 replies” just have “replies” … where can I find that?

That does not appear in the Twenty Twelve theme.

I haven’t recently installed any new plugins… also it looks totally normal under my account on a different computer.

I fear no one has an answer for me ??

That is not the problem. :/ The visual editor is there but all the top options are gone.
