I am having this same issue. Is there any update on fixing the bug or a workaround to have javascript remove the validation error and allow the form to submit?

I just had this same issue. The problem for me was someone accidentally clicked Add Redirect when there were no values in the URL fields. This created a redirect from “/” to -1.

After deleting that redirect, my problem was fixed.
