I am not getting errors at all. The entire website seems to be gone as no backups at all. The only backup I made is with a WordPress plugin!

I had no backup of website stored on vps, and hosting company had no backup too. And I’m unable to access my site of which the only backup is with a plugging in the website.. How do I regenerate this backup from plugging without access to the site?? Or will WordPress be able to regenerate a backup of the site.

I just started with the VPS thing, not up to a month now, still working my way around it. I’ve been working with the host provider to fix the issues on board, and I am able to log in now, however, instead of getting straight into my dashboard when I log-in, it’s bringing me to some generated error content. I am still working on this and fingers crossed I get it fixed soon. Thanks for all your tips!

The link you pasted just explains about plugins installing and uninstalling and creating, but that’s not what the solution. I cannot access my websites admin page to login, my website is https://www.intercontinentaldiva.com. I succeeded in deactivating the jetpack installation link on wordpress.com, but still can’t access, can’t even go through cpanel as I’m on VPS hosting server

Now I have an issue with my Theme Functions Editor code. The last 10 lines are misplaced, and my site doesnt come up

Wow, my site is back. Thanks a lot, I didn’t need to unzip the theme or anything, just installing it was enough, and checking after few minutes, I got access into the site.

This issue really freaked me out, as I was cracking my head to fix it all through yesterday.

Thanks MacmanX. I’ve deleted the previous theme and installed a new one in the theme folder, but my site is still not opening. Using hosting24, I think I need to find out how to unzip the theme and get it to work

This is really devastating. I downloaded and installed the twenty fourteen theme but nothing’s changed. Do I have to delete the previous twenty fourteen theme from the Cpanel theme folder ?? And is there somethingelse I should do ?? I think the major problem is with the php file because I altered it when I initially installed that child theme.

I copied the twenty-fourteen php into the childs-theme folder.

And this is even more complicated because I later deleted the childs theme from the Cpanel in order to get my site up and running again, but to no avail.
