hi there,
i have the same problem…even if i select Learning Mode , i can not edit with elementor. Still same 403 error access forbidden.

from console i can see these errors

I dont know if that is the problem

ok i will see what i can do ….

i disable an optimize plugin but still nothing…i have only 2 plugins that i bought from themeforest( for shipping , extra custom field)….
