It doesn’t work because we use the native wp hook called the_content to put the related posts inside the post content

It’s not a bug, if you use a cache plugin, IRP can’t change the links on the page

You could install WP Super Cache as suggested, i think this plugin includes a feature to generate again the cache, if the content is changed`

yes, i installed the same plugin to recreate the issue, after the installation the related posts are not changing at page refresh

the issue is generated by WP Speed of Light plugin, i installed and configured successfully a different plugin like WP Super Cache

Could you please contact the support of WP Speed of Light plugin?
