Yep, it was the template. Good suggestion fastcook.

For instance Blue Kino 1.0 works, and WordPress Default 1.5 (gasp) doesn’t. Hmmm.

feron, I’m at the same stage you are. I’m going to delve into it now and report back here. Please let me know if you solved the blank Enter Your Details page problem.

In summary, the current rules are working. Except for requests for files in appleswitcher.com/blog, which trigger a 404. It’s weird.

That’s why I don’t know if
a) it should work as is, and something else is messed up or
b) I should add a rule or
c) I should modify an existing rule

Any ideas, no matter how implausible? I’ll take any leads at this point.

Thanks Macwise. I’m really trying to avoid phpBB. I have two large forums that run phpBB, and it’s so… old. I can’t stomach doing a new install of it.

It was great, but it’s time has come. I’d never have said that if I didn’t get into WordPress (and by extension, bbPress) to discover how simple software can be (to modify, to read, to follow).

I’m looking at a quick time-to-market for this project, so simplicity is key.

Your integration looks very nice tho.

Anyone else have any thoughts?
