Please Follow the Below Steps to fix the issue:
1. Please update the latest version of plugin.
2. Check the Paytm PG details are added correctly in Paytm configuration page in Admin Panel.
3. Clear all the Cache if you have installed any cache plugin.
4. If above all the points are Correct, Please reach out to our PG support team and raise a ticket from the official portal.

Please check, you are using our updated plugin, If you are using our latest plugin then please check the woocommerce version and wordpress version.
Please share some screenshots of the errors you are getting, It could be any Javascript error. So please share the browser console error.

For Point 2: Yes, this is the expected behaviour, you will need to add the details again to complete the re-installation process.

As we can see it is not fully ready for production. As an experimental feature, it is expected to have certain limitations and potential issues that need to be addressed before it can be widely used.
