Hi,

I had been waiting for the plugin update before checking and getting back to you, but I’ve not seen any update.

It seems odd to me looking now that there’s an entry in the changelog from 06.18 – one day before I opened this ticket – that states:

*[Tweak] – Payment gateway description display

Can you confirm whether or not the issue is resolved? I don’t want to try filling the field until I know it’s safe.

I’d like to echo this exactly. Loving the plugin, I’ve been rolling it out across all my sites, but every time I set up the SMTP email delivery I’m then using some other method to test the email – adding a test function right there in the Utilities section would be sweet.

I don’t think anybody is going to update it. I’ve recently figured out how to achieve the functionality I wanted using ACF bidirectional relationship fields, maybe this can help you too: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/bidirectional-relationships/

Nope unfortunately I gave up and went with a separate post type and an associated taxonomy now related in a much more low-tech way. sad that the ideal solution was in sight but ultimately in this case I was dealing with a small number of posts so the more elegant, automated solution wasn’t worth putting a huge amount of time into. Still would be interested to know what the issue is for
future reference though!

I found this post because I thought it was the same issue I’m having, however I’ve installed the new dev version and I still have my issue.

For me it’s this:

– I created a new role, and was able to fully customise the backend menu for that role
– Later, I installed Gravity Forms and found that my new user role was unable to access the GF backend menu
– When I go into AAM settings to try and enable it, I don’t see ‘Forms’ in the backend menu list, for any role
– If I go into User management, I can see ‘Forms’ for all users

Any ideas?

Thank you so much for your rapid response. I’ve decided to abandon the idea since it seems more trouble than it’s worth!

I’ve now got another, smaller problem: the sorting function doesn’t seem to behave correctly in all browsers…

Chrome and Safari: fine except my table header celss are initally the wrong size on the dietary requirements table (I wonder if this is a JS issue due to having two tables on one page?)

Firefox: sorting doesn’t seem to be working at all.

I wonder if you’ve experienced either of these issues?

Hi guys, just another update, in case this is useful to anyone else! I’ve found out by chance that somehow my default wp-content/uploads folder had changed, meaning it was actually duplicated in my site’s root directory (a level up from public_html). I have now reset it and moved all the files from there into the proper folder, and I’m now able to set the plugin to WP Media Library and it works fine. I would love to know how this occurred… the new folder was created on 8th December, at a time when I wasn’t making any changes to the site!

Hi, just to let you know the slider is now working if I don’t tick the box you recommend ticking, “Insert images into Media Library” – obviously this will do for now but will you be releasing another update to address this?
