Ok, this is actually not fixed because when using the WP FullCalendar plugin the birthday events span 2 days on the calendar!!
It is an all day event that is set for 1 day, why does it span 2?

You’re right, using the custom placeholders instead of #_EVENTDATES fixed it. Thanks!

It’s been working fine for her for a month and we haven’t done any updates recently. Do you think its still a server issue if its only just happening?
