ok i add the code at page cache at the Never cache the following pages:
sitemap(_index)?\.xml(\.gz)?
[a-z0-9_\-]*sitemap[a-z0-9_\-]*\.(xml|xsl|html)(\.gz)?
([a-z0-9_\-]*)?\.xml

i think is better now but i still have header cache on the sitemap and i removed the comment of w3 total cache with filter at php.

ok so i have w3 total cache i need to set on the object cache ? because my server is shared and i am afraid maybe it not works well .

hello thanks for your anwer no i didnt find rhe query monitor support i thought this is some cache problem so i have disable the object cache because i am in an shared server and maybe the object is bad for speed ? the Redis as a caching method is settings in page cache ?

i enable in autoptimize the Combine and preload in head (fonts load late, but are not render-blocking), includes display:swap. and it shows all the https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Poppins:700%2C600%7CRoboto:400%7CPoppins:700%2C600%7CRoboto:400&display=swap is that right ?
